This is one hell of a Rock Song! I keep hearing this for countless times in repeat to keep having the feel of this song. Just incredible!

If you are a Rock music genre fanatic, you should have heard this song and I bet it tops the list of best rock songs ever. Period.

This is one of the songs that will always remain close to my heart. It has got a classic touch to it with incredible lyrics that I can relate to.

 

Also this song uses piano and drums that is so stupendous and lovely to hear. Adele's voice is so soulful that will make your heart melt and feel the emotion of this song.

Silver Linings Playbook

The movie opens with the protagonist, Pat Solitano (Bradley Cooper) speaking to himself in a psychiatric hospital in Baltimore. 

EXCELSIOR

Then this word is shown on a chart stuck on a wall in his wardroom. At first I didn't think it was a word but then he tells the meaning of it later. It means take all the negativity and use it as a fuel and find a silver lining. 

Then the movie progresses to show why he was sent to the psychiatric hospital and his deep rooted love for his wife Nikki and how he couldn't stand her betrayal. So after serving for eight months in the hospital, his mother brings him home which makes his father surprised since she didn't tell that to anyone.

After returning to his home, Pat is brimming with positivity and tries to change his life. While having a dinner with his friend, he meets Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence) whom he thinks is crazier than him. 

Then the movie takes an interesting twist and it's better to watch it rather than me giving away the plots. The characters played by the actors are so beautiful that you will feel everyones' emotions in the film. That is a great achievement for a movie.

No wonder it received eight nominations for Oscar which Jennifer Lawrence won for the Best Actress category.

 

Eagles - Hotel California - Song & Lyrics

 

This song will be there in every list of Greatest Songs of All Time and you will certainly know why it's there the moment you hear it.

This song features in the album of the same name by the Eagles and this became their best selling album

The song has a guitar solo at the end that is so beautiful that I kept on hearing that in my head for a whole day.

To top it off, watch the live concert version of this song if you can because you can truly see how he played the guitar solo at the end, the genius and difficulty in playing it... wow!

I have to be honest here... I dont like Justin Timberlake's songs at all until I heard this one. It's an incredible song with a simple message that goes with this song name!

The song opens with a unique piece which i first thought I didnt like ( since I had a prejudice that all his songs are bad ) but as the song progressed, I loved it and kept it in repeat!

Later I saw its official music video and it's kind of good too.

Well this song is considered to be one of the greatest ROCK songs of all time! And believe me, you will agreee to it when you hear the song.

It starts out slowly and progresses to the end where it is so awesome that I get chills down to my hair whenever I listen to it.

It has an incredible guitar solo and the drums combined with the guitar... it gives you eargasms!!!

Movie: Accepted

This is one of the most coolest and enjoyable films that I've seen for some while. The plot of the story is simple. A simple high schooler applies for every college in the city only to get rejected! He even got rejected by a "failsafe" college which he was sure he could go in.

So naturally he tries telling his parents that without college education, many  people became great and achieved success in their lives. But his parents tell him that society has "rules" and that he has to join a college somehow.

Aleksandra Radovic - Cuvaj Moje Srce

This is a Serbian song by Aleksandra Radovic which I've recently heard and I loved it from the first time I heard it.

Don't ask me that do u know Serbian language because the answer would be NO. I don't limit music to a particular language. I hear songs from  all over the world.

This is a feel good song about love (I'm guessing) and the official music video is also good in which the band members perform the song. The guitar piece in it... I LOVE IT!!!

It also fuelled my desire to learn to play guitar.

It's a funny story how I got to know this song.

Movie: A Few Good Men

This movie has a star studded cast that features the incredible Tom Cruise, the beautiful Demi Moore and one of the best villains of recent times Jack Nicholson.

Note that this is a Tom Cruise film that doesnt have any action or love scenes in it!
Unbelievable right? But that's the truth.

Nonetheless this is one heck of a good movie. It's kind of a dramatic thriller.

This is one of the love songs that will always stay close to my heart because i really felt the things she sang in this song.

 

Yep I too had a love story!

 

Unfortunately it didn't work out though. She said she wants us to be friends and never talked to me again!? Am I that scary??

 

 But I still can't forget her and this song reminds me of how i thought of her and how this song expressed my feelings.

 

The feeling you get when music expresses your feelings... It just cannot be described.

The Animation Movie - Up



This is one of the most Beautiful animation films of all time. Incredible story of love with awesome graphics.

I really cried after watching the first ten minutes of the film. I'm still wondering how that ten minutes of love story connected with me that much than the four part series of Twilight.

If you haven't yet watched this film, then you really should! Dont think it's a sad film since I said I cried after the first 10 minutes itself.

It is a feel good film about an old man who loved his wife so much that he wouldnt let go of her even after her death. He keeps the house they built together to himself by tying  it to a lot of balloons!
 

Lady Antebellum - Need You Now (2010 Remix) - Song & Lyrics

This is one of the songs that changed my liking towards music. I really got connected with this song!

Its got a wonderful use of guitar in it and the lyrics....Wow!

I had my feelings expressed in the form of music with this song at one point of my life.

What's this blog about???

Let me tell you the answer for the question above. It is about me wanting to share a few things i like the most in my life: Music & Movies. I also love sports by the way but let's stick with these two for now.


I will post about the movies I saw which pretty much liked so that I would watch it over many times and also the songs from my playlist that goes on repeat for a long time.


Now I know every individual person have their own taste in music as well as movies. SO if you feel like sharing a song, you can comment it here so that I can hear it too. There are lots of cool songs that are still not discovered by me or anyone else for that matter.
